"Very good"
I loved the complimentary breakfasts, the staff was nice (including the staff from the diner. Give the plump orange head woman with glasses employee of the month. SHE was the most polite and kind), cleaning from housekeeping was efficient, shuttles are great, and the location to the convention center was very convenient.

This property is fraud, charging customers for parking when they absolutely know theirs no parking and the police comes and tickets everyone after we been charged

Poor customer service and It was not welcoming. Communication was poor. Breakfast was pre-chosen and service was poor when they know that you have a voucher from the hotel. We paid for our breakfast, which was an extra cost to the already expensive rates. Will never go back to this hotel

worst holidey inn I have been in 25 years travelling all around the world. Extremely expensive. Worst breakfast ever. not even a bottle of water in the room.

Breakfast was great at Perkins . The hotel was grossly overpriced as there was a festival in Toronto and all hotels were jacked up price wise . We were desperate as missed our connecting flight couldnt get out until next day . So 516 dollars to sleep in hotel

They received an order of rose peddles before I arrived that I had ordered because my husband and I got married that day. They went above and beyond to set them up around the room and to make it as romantic as possible. They even gave us a few discounts to congratulate us. We are very grateful
