Holiday Inn Toronto Airport East has policies covering arrival, departure, guest age, children, pets, smoking, deposits, parking, airport transportation, and cancellations. Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is by noon, with the minimum check-in age set at 18. Guests must provide photo identification and a credit card at arrival. Children of all ages are welcome, while guests aged 18 and older are treated as adults for occupancy purposes. Cribs are available on request for children aged two and under, and extra beds can be requested for guests aged 10 and above, subject to availability. The hotel does not allow pets except guide or service dogs and is smoke-free. A refundable CAD 100 damage deposit is required at arrival. Complimentary Pearson Airport shuttle service operates every 30 minutes, with special arrangements required between 2:00 AM and 4:00 AM. Cancellation conditions depend on the selected rate and room.
- Check-In
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Guests must present photo identification and a credit card upon arrival. The minimum check-in age is 18.
- Check-Out
Check-out is by 12:00 PM. Requests for early arrival or later departure are subject to availability.
- Children and Sleeping Arrangements
Children of all ages are welcome. Guests aged 18 and above are treated as adults. Cribs can be requested for children aged two and under, while extra beds can be requested for guests aged 10 and above. Both are subject to availability.
- Damage Deposit
A refundable CAD 100 damage deposit is required on arrival. The deposit is collected by credit card and refunded after departure, subject to an inspection of the property.
- Pets
Pets are not allowed. Guide and service dogs are the exception, and the hotel asks guests traveling with a service dog to inform the property before arrival.
- Smoking
Holiday Inn Toronto Airport East is a smoke-free hotel.
- Parking
Self-parking is available in the hotel's outdoor parking area. Current hotel information lists a nightly parking charge for registered guests, with approximately 300 spaces available.
- Airport Shuttle
Complimentary shuttle service connects the hotel with Toronto Pearson Airport and normally runs every 30 minutes. Pickup is available at Terminal 1 Ground Level Post F3 and Terminal 3 Arrival Level Post P41. Between 2:00 AM and 4:00 AM, guests must contact Guest Services to request shuttle service.
- Cancellation
Cancellation and prepayment conditions vary by accommodation type and rate. The applicable conditions should be reviewed for the selected reservation before booking.
- Group Reservations
Reservations involving more than six rooms may be subject to different conditions and additional fees.
